Benue State Teachers Recruitment Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognised institution.
  • Be no older than 50 years of age.
  • Hold an NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
  • Candidates with Master’s or Ph.D. degrees are also eligible to apply.
  • Be willing to accept deployment to any part of Benue State.
  • Have at least five O’ Level Credit Passes, including Mathematics and English, in no more than two sittings.
  • Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy is also considered a plus.
  • Applicants with an HND in relevant fields and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) are eligible.
  • Qualifications such as teaching certifications and verified computer skills, will enhance an applicant’s chances of selection.

How to Apply for Benue State Teachers Recruitment

Applicants should visit the Benue State TSB application portal at https://benuestate.gov.ng to complete their application. Select a teaching position that matches your qualifications, fill out the online application form, and upload the required documents, including a recent passport photograph, valid identification (e.g., voter’s card, international passport, driver’s licence, or national ID card), and relevant academic certificates.

Candidates are to print out the registration slip for reference after the application. The online registration is FREE of charge. Applicants are warned against making any payments in exchange for job placement. Anyone caught engaging in such activities will face legal action.
