Ondo, Nigeria – The Ondo State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has not yet announced Ondo teachers recruitment 2025. The previous recruitment ended on April 13, 2024. The aim of the recruitment is injecting fresh talent into the state’s public secondary schools.

We are committed to employing highly qualified individuals who can make meaningful contributions to the education sector.”

Ondo State Teachers Recruitment Requirements 2025
- Applicants must be Nigerian citizens residing in Ondo State.
- Candidates must not exceed 35 years of age.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory, and basic knowledge of computer applications will be an advantage.
- Applicants must not have any criminal history.
- Applicants are required to possess B.Sc, B.Ed, B.A (Ed), HND, OND, or NCE certificates.
- B.Sc and HND holders must present an NYSC discharge certificate or an exemption certificate.
- Must possess SSCE, NECO, or GCE with credits in at least five subjects, including Mathematics and English.
- Primary Six School Leaving Certificate is required.
- A valid means of identification (driver’s license, National ID card, international passport, voter’s card, or National Identification Number).
- A birth certificate issued by the National Population Commission or an affidavit of declaration of age.

The application process is entirely free. The Commission has also promised no room for job racketeering whereby some applicants pay money in exchange for job slots.
Only shortlisted candidates will proceed to the next phase of the recruitment process. Shortlisted candidates will undergo an online examination, including provision for physically challenged applicants. Also, a minimum score of 70% is required to pass the CBT.
